A One Communication

You can find us in Dwarka Sector 14, over in Pocket B at number 81. It is a bit quieter here than some other parts of Delhi. A One Communication is basically a small cabin we use to help people with their mobile needs. We do things like bill payments, recharges, and we sell those basic plastic covers everyone uses. It isn't a fancy place. We have a few chairs for people to sit while they wait for their phones to charge or for us to figure out a problem. Most of our visitors are people living in the flats nearby. We've seen kids grow up and get their first phones here. The shop is small, so we don't carry a huge amount of stock. If someone wants something specific, we usually have to order it from the main market. It takes a day or two but folks don't seem to mind. We like it here because the area is clean and there are parks around. We don't do any big promotions or anything. People just see the board when they go for their evening walks. Sometimes the internet is slow and we can't do the recharges right away, so we tell people to come back in an hour. It’s a relaxed kind of place. We just want to keep the shop running and help out the locals with their tech stuff. It works for us.
