Out here in Jiwangarh, things are a bit quieter than the main part of Dehradun. The Sapience School is just tucked away in this area, surrounded by the usual houses and narrow streets. We’ve got kids coming in from all over the nearby colonies. It's not a huge place, just a building that we try to keep clean and functional. In the mornings, the air is usually fresh, though it gets quite dusty when the wind picks up. The classrooms have those heavy wooden desks that have been around for years. You can see where kids have scratched their names over time. We don't mind it much. Our staff lives mostly around here too. We walk to work or take a rickshaw. It’s a lot of routine. Check the registers, make sure the chalk is ready, and wait for the noise to start. When it rains in Dehradun, everything slows down, and we end up with muddy footprints all over the hallways. We just grab a mop and keep moving. There’s no big secret to how we run things. We just open the gates and do our jobs. Some days are harder than others, especially when the kids are restless before a holiday. We drink a lot of tea in the staff room and talk about the local news. It’s just our way of life here in this corner of the city. We don't have much to brag about, just a simple school for the neighborhood.
