The Lakshya Public School

The Lakshya Public School is located out on Chakrata Road in the Barwala area of Vikas Nagar. Being in Dehradun, we get some nice weather, but it also means dealing with the rain and the hills. Our school is situated at 248198, and it’s a pretty simple setup. We have a few buildings where the students gather, and a bit of space for them to play. It isn't a fancy boarding school like the ones you see in the movies. It is just a local place for the kids in Barwala. We have been here for a bit, and the staff knows the area well. We spend our mornings getting the classrooms ready and our afternoons making sure everyone gets home okay. The furniture is a bit older now, and the walls might need a little touch-up here and there, but the school is solid. We don't go in for big mission statements or corporate goals. Our goal is just to make sure the kids show up and learn something new every day. It is a lot of practical work, from checking attendance to organizing the annual events. People in Vikas Nagar know where to find us. We are just part of the local scenery on Chakrata Road. It’s a busy life, and we like it that way. We don’t try to be anything we aren't. We are just a school for the local community. It keeps us on our toes every single day from start to finish.
