Rajmata Anant Kumari Public School

Rajmata Anant Kumari Public School is right there on Haridwar Road in Dehradun. If you know the area, it is a pretty busy spot, but we have made our space here over the years. We get the kids settled in every morning and mostly just focus on the basics of what a school should be. It isn't anything fancy or over-the-top, just a place for learning. Most people around here recognize the building because we have been part of the neighborhood for a long time. The address is 248001, right in the city. We have classrooms that see a lot of use and a staff that just shows up and does the work every single day. Some days are loud and some are quiet, depending on what the kids are up to. It is a lot of routine, honestly. We keep things simple. Parents drop their kids off, and we make sure the day goes as planned. Sometimes the traffic on Haridwar Road gets a bit much, but once you are inside the gates, it feels different. We do not try to be anything we are not. It is a school for the local families mostly. We have our desks, our chalkboards, and the usual stuff you would find in any local school in Dehradun. It is just how it is here. Nothing more, nothing less. We spend our time teaching and making sure the building stays in decent shape for everyone who comes through the doors.
