You can find Rajiv Bal Mandir School Sirsod over at Off -56, Agl Enclave, Phase 3. It’s tucked away on Gms Road in the Ballupur area of Dehradun. Being inside an enclave makes it a bit quieter than the main road, which is nice for the kids. The building isn't huge, but it fits into the residential feel of the neighborhood quite well. We have a few floors where the classrooms are spread out. When you walk in, you usually see a pile of shoes near the entrance or a few bicycles parked along the wall. The morning routine starts early, and you can hear the sound of children reciting things together. Gms Road is always busy, but once you turn into Phase 3, it feels a bit more secluded. The classrooms have big windows, so we get a good amount of light during the day. We don’t have a massive field, so the children use the space we have as best as they can. It’s the kind of place where everyone knows each other’s business, and the parents often stop to chat with the staff at the gate. We keep the daily schedule pretty strict because that’s the only way to get things done with so many students in a smaller space. It’s a practical setup for the local families living around Ballupur. We just focus on the daily lessons and making sure the building stays in decent shape.
