Dalip Kumar is the one running things here at SBC-124 in Yamuna Colony, Dehradun. Even though the name says Faridabad (Fbd), we are actually based here in the colony. It’s a bit of a confusing name, we know that. The space is pretty basic, just a small area where we handle the food stuff. Yamuna Colony is a nice spot in Dehradun, and we’ve been here for a bit. We don't have a lot of staff, mostly just Dalip and a couple of others helping out. It’s not a big fancy food court like you’d see in a mall. It’s more of a local setup. We don't have a lot of decorations on the walls or anything. Mostly, we just focus on the food and making sure everything is clean. Sometimes the supplies arrive late, and we have to scramble to get everything ready, but that’s just how it is. We don't have a big marketing plan or anything like that. People just find out about us by word of mouth in the neighborhood. It’s a very hands-on job for us. We don't sit at desks much. Usually, we’re on our feet all day. It’s hard work, but we’re used to it by now. We just keep doing what we do at SBC-124 and hope the locals keep coming by. It’s just a small business trying to stay busy. Sometimes we sit outside for a break when it’s quiet and drink some water. We really like the Dehradun weather.
