Amritsar Food Junction is our place in Rishikesh. We are at 14 Begha on Laxman Jhulla Road. If you are driving down that way, we are right opposite the Maruti Suzuki Showroom. The pin code here is 249201. Rishikesh is a place with a lot of travelers, and Laxman Jhulla Road is always moving. We see all kinds of people every day. It’s a basic setup at 14 Begha. We don't have any big corporate plans or anything. We just show up and start the day. The showroom across the street is the best way to find us if you get lost. We deal with the heat and the rain just like everyone else around here. Sometimes the road gets very dusty but we try to keep the tables clean. It’s a small team we have. We all know the locals and the shopkeepers nearby. We don't do any promotional stuff. People just come in because they are hungry and they see the sign. It’s a lot of manual work and the kitchen is always hot. We’ve been here for a while and we know how the traffic flow works. It gets especially busy during the peak season when tourists are everywhere. We just keep our heads down and keep the food coming out as fast as we can. It's a simple life and we are just trying to make it work.
