Mushq Food

Our small food business is located at 143 Innamula Building on Gandhi Road in Dehradun. We are quite close to the Dronas Hotel, so we get a fair amount of foot traffic from people staying there or just passing through the city center. The building itself is one of those older structures in Dehradun that has a lot of character but also its share of leaky pipes and creaky floors. We mostly focus on preparing meals for delivery and for people who want to pick something up on their way home. The kitchen is the heart of our operation, and it’s usually a bit of a mess with ingredients and containers everywhere while we are working. We don't have a big team, just a few local guys who know their way around a stove. We buy our supplies from the vendors nearby on Gandhi Road, which keeps things simple. It’s not the kind of place with a glossy interior or fancy lighting. We just have our equipment and a small area for customers to wait. Some days are slow, especially when the weather turns cold, but we keep the stove going regardless. We don't have a big plan for the future or anything like that. We just focus on getting the orders right and making sure the food is ready when people come to collect it. It’s steady, honest work that fills our days.
