Famous Multi Cuisine Family Restaurant

Out here on Main Sahastradhara Road, things have really picked up lately. We are right in Phase-2, directly opposite the PNB and Oriental Bank, which makes it easy for people to find us if they know the landmarks. Dehradun has changed so much, it used to be so quiet, but now this road is always busy with cars and bikes. Our restaurant has a multi-cuisine setup, which just means we have a lot more ingredients to keep track of in the kitchen. It can be a bit of a mess back there during the dinner rush, but we manage. The staff is mostly local boys who grew up around here. On rainy days, which we get a lot of in Dehradun, the place feels cozy, though the dampness is a pain to deal with. We have some outdoor seating but mostly people prefer being inside when it gets chilly in the winter. We don’t have a manager in a suit or anything; I’m usually the one checking the tables and making sure the water is filled. The furniture is getting a bit old, and the floor has a few scratches from moving chairs around. We keep things pretty simple. It’s just a place for people in Dehradun City to get a meal without any fuss. Every morning we check the vegetable market early to see what's good that day. It's a steady life and we're just happy to be here.
