Hotel Gaurab

We are situated on Gandhi Road in Dehradun which is a pretty central spot. Being near Tehsil Chowk means there is always a lot of shouting and horns honking nearby. Hotel Gaurab is just a regular hotel and we don't try to pretend otherwise. The 248001 area is where we live and work every day of the week. We have seen the city change a lot over the years but Gandhi Road stays pretty much the same. It is crowded and full of life. Our day starts early because the market nearby gets going before dawn. We spend our time making sure the guests have what they need and that the rooms are ready for the next person. We don't have any fancy brochures or big promises to make. We just offer a place to sleep and a bit of a break from the noise outside. Sometimes things are a bit chaotic but we do our best to manage. The staff here are locals who know the streets well. We don't use corporate language because that isn't who we are. We are just people working on Gandhi Road. If you are looking for us we are right near Tehsil Chowk. It is a building that you can't really miss if you are walking by. We are usually inside busy with something or the other but we always have time for people.
