Little Flower School

Little Flower School is a bit unique because we have two different entrances in Dehradun. One is at 6, 124 Subhash Road, which we call the back gate, and the other is at 6 Haridwar Road, which is the front gate. It can be a little confusing for new parents or delivery drivers, but we are all used to it by now. The school sits right in the city area, so it is always close to the local markets and the general buzz of Dehradun. The buildings are older and have that classic feel, with wooden doors and windows that have been painted many times over the years. We have a small staff that has been together for a long time, so we all know each other's habits. There are always kids playing in the yard or sitting on the steps during their lunch breaks. Dehradun has nice weather most of the time, but when it rains, we have to make sure everyone stays inside so the floors don't get too muddy. We do not have any big mission statements or corporate goals. We just show up, teach the kids their math and English, and go home. It is a practical place where the focus is just on the daily lessons and making sure the school day runs as smoothly as possible despite the busy city traffic right outside our gates. We have seen many generations of students grow up here.
