Hope Town Girls School

Hope Town Girls School is located out on Rajawala Road, just off Chakrata Road at the 19th Milestone near P O Selakui. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here, but the surroundings are quite a bit different from the city. We have a good amount of space and the air feels a little fresher than what you get in town. The school is a collection of buildings where we do all our teaching and living. It’s a busy place, even if it looks peaceful from the road. We have girls coming here from all sorts of places, and they keep us on our toes from morning until night. It’s not all perfectly manicured lawns and silent hallways. There’s always someone practicing an instrument or shouting across the courtyard during the afternoon break. We have a staff that stays on site mostly, so we’ve become a bit of a tight-knit group over the years. We don’t really go in for fancy talk or corporate polished images. It’s a school, plain and simple. We have our fair share of rainy days where the paths get muddy and we have to remind everyone to wipe their feet before coming inside. We just focus on the daily schedule and making sure everything runs like it should. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we’ve been doing it for a while now at this 19th Milestone spot. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing every single day.
