Greenwood Hills School

Greenwood Hills School is located right on Mothrowala Road here in Dehradun. It is a busy enough spot, especially in the mornings when everyone is trying to get through the gates at the same time. The school building has been around for a while and shows its age in some places, but it works for what we need. We have the usual classrooms filled with desks that have seen plenty of use over the years. Out front, there are some trees and a playground that gets a bit dusty when the weather stays dry for too long. The teachers come in early to get their chalk and books ready before the kids start running down the hallways. It is a noisy place once the first bell rings, but that is just how a school should be. We do not have fancy gadgets in every corner, just the standard stuff like blackboards and maps on the walls. Most of the staff live nearby, so we know the local area well. Parents often drop by the office to settle their monthly fees or ask about the next holiday. We try to keep the place organized, though there is always a bit of a mess in the art room or the sports cupboard. It is a practical environment where the focus is just on the daily lessons. We are here from the early morning rush until the last bus leaves in the afternoon.
