About Bristol Public School – Education in Dehradun
This school is located up in Village Paudwala, in the Rajawala area of Dehradun. It’s a nice part of the world, with plenty of greenery around us. We have a few buildings where the classes take place. It’s a bit of a climb to get here, but once you’re on the grounds, it’s quite peaceful. We’ve been part of this village for a long time. The children come from all the nearby houses and even some from further down the road. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing department. We just have teachers, a few staff members to look after the grounds, and the kids. The classrooms are simple, with wooden desks and big windows to let in the mountain air. We follow the standard board rules and make sure the kids are learning what they need to know. On rainy days, the mist comes down over the hills, and it’s really something to see. We just do our work, day in and day out. It’s a quiet life here, focused on the school and the community. We know everyone by name, and that’s how we like it. The playground is mostly just a flat piece of land where the kids play football or cricket during their breaks. It doesn't have fancy turf, but it works just fine. We have a small shed where we keep the sports gear and some extra chairs. Sometimes the village dogs wander onto the property, but they’re friendly enough and the kids like them. Most of the children walk from their homes in Rajawala or nearby. It’s a healthy way to start the day.
