We are set up over in Prakash Nagar, specifically at Plot No. 303. It's near Sevoke Road in Siliguri, which is a busy area for anyone coming in or out of Darjeeling. Swesh Agro India Private Limited isn't a big, polished firm. We are more like a small team of people who know a lot about the local agriculture scene. Siliguri is a gateway for so many things, and we sit right in the middle of that flow. Our office is a straightforward place. We have a lot of paperwork because dealing with agro products in this region involves plenty of regulations and tracking. It’s not always exciting, but it’s the work we chose. The noise from Sevoke Road is something you just learn to ignore after a week or two. We don't have a corporate culture with meetings and slides. Instead, we have conversations over coffee about which trucks are late or how the crops are looking up in the hills. Being in the 734001 area means we are close to everything, which is lucky. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby or big promises. We just want to do our part in the supply chain and make sure the goods get where they are going. Some days are long, especially during peak seasons. We like being part of the local community here in Siliguri. It’s a real, working environment where people just get on with it.
