Wonderful Apparel

Wonderful Apparel is located at No. 903 on Athimarathu Podar Road. We are out in the Nathur area, near the Vijayapuram Po. It’s a bit of a trek if you aren't from around here, but the locals know the road well. The building isn't much to look at from the outside, just a standard structure where we keep our machines and fabric. Inside, it's a different story with rows of sewing stations and stacks of finished goods waiting to be packed up. There's always the sound of thread clicking and people talking over the noise of the fans. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It’s mostly just the owners and the staff working side by side. We've been at this spot for several years now, and the routine hasn't changed much. We start early, have our tea breaks, and try to get as much done as possible before the sun goes down. The road outside can get dusty during the dry season, and sometimes the rain makes things difficult, but we manage. We aren't a high-end boutique with glass windows. We are a working shop where clothes get made. It’s a simple setup, and we prefer it that way. We just focus on the garments and making sure we don't fall behind on our schedule. People know us as a quiet but busy spot on Podar Road.
