Our place is on Elango Nagar III Street in Tirupur. Even though the company name mentions Bangalore, this is where we are on the ground. Tirupur is always buzzing with people and trucks because of the textile stuff going on everywhere. We’re at number 5. The building isn’t brand new, it has that lived-in feel you get with factories and offices around here. There’s always a bit of dust from the street and the constant sound of machines or vehicles passing by the window. We start our day early because the heat gets pretty bad by midday. Most of our staff have been around for a long time. They know the rhythm of the place. We do exports, so things can get a bit hectic when a big deadline is coming up. Boxes get stacked up in the corner and the phone doesn't stop ringing for hours. It’s not a shiny corporate office with glass walls and carpets. We have simple desks and some old calendars on the wall. Lunchtime is when everyone sits together and shares their food from home. It’s a practical environment. We don't worry about looking fancy for anyone. The focus is just on the orders and making sure they get out on time. Tirupur is a tough town for work, but we’ve found our spot here on Elango Nagar. It's just a regular day-to-day grind for us, keeping the business going.
