Sibi Garments

Sibi Garments is situated at No. 1 Neethi Ammal Nagar 1St Street, in the Weavers Colony area. Being in a place called Weavers Colony feels right because that’s exactly what we do. We are surrounded by other people who understand the trade. Our building is a simple workspace where we cut, sew, and pack clothes. It’s usually quite loud with the sound of the machines running all day. We aren't a big factory. We are more like a small workshop where everyone knows everyone else’s name. We’ve been at this for a while now, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. Our work isn't about following the latest trends from some magazine. We just make reliable clothes that people around here want to buy. The floors are often covered in thread and there are stacks of fabric everywhere you look. We don't have a fancy reception desk or anything like that. If you come in, you'll probably find us at the machines or checking the quality of a finished batch. We take our time with what we do, even if we are in a hurry to meet a deadline. It's a humble business. We aren't trying to conquer the world; we just want to keep the machines running and provide for our workers. It’s a local operation, and we like it that way. Most of our neighbors are also our friends.
