Vaishu Steels

If you come down Siruvani Main Road into Alandurai, you will find our yard at number 98 in Appuchi Nagar. Vaishu Steels is mostly just a lot of heavy metal and the constant sound of it being moved around by the guys. It is pretty loud here most of the time, especially when the trucks are being loaded. We have stacks of steel rods and flat sheets piled up in almost every corner. The yard isn't huge, so we have to be really careful about how we stack things so we can still get the big trucks in and out without hitting anything. Most of the guys working here have been around for a long time. We know the regulars who come by for their supplies every week. It's a very practical setup. We don't have any marketing team or anyone sitting in a fancy air-conditioned office. It’s just us and the inventory. The sun hits the metal in the late afternoon and makes the whole place glow, which can be a bit blinding if you aren't wearing a hat or sunglasses. We spend a lot of time checking orders and making sure the right stuff goes on the right truck. Sometimes the heavy traffic on Siruvani Main Road makes it hard for the bigger lorries to turn into our gate, but we always manage to make it work. Appuchi Nagar is a decent place to be based. We just keep our heads down and get the day's work done. It’s honest work, even if it’s a bit greasy.
