Jayasuriyaa Metals

So, Jayasuriyaa Metals is located down on Ammankulam Road. We are at No. 3, which is pretty close to the Lakshmi Mill area. It’s an older part of town, but it works for us. The shop floor is usually quite noisy with all the metal being moved around and the machines going. It’s not the cleanest place in the world, but that’s just how it is when you’re dealing with metal every day. We’ve got a small crew here, and most of us have been working together for a long time. You can usually find us here from early morning until the sun goes down. The Lakshmi Mill area has changed a lot lately, but our little corner on Ammankulam Road stays mostly the same. We don’t have a big fancy sign or anything, just the name Jayasuriyaa Metals out front. Sometimes the trucks have a bit of trouble backing into the small lane, but we manage somehow. It’s a lot of physical work, and by the end of the day, everyone is pretty tired. We just try to get the orders sorted and out the door on time. If you come by, you’ll probably see us covered in dust or grease. That’s just the life here. It's a straightforward business, no frills or anything like that. We just show up and do the work that’s expected of us. It is just the way things go at this workshop.
