Uno Engineering

We have been operating out of 43,A in the V.N. Industrial Area for quite some time now. Peelamedu has changed a lot around us over the years, but our shop stays mostly the same. We are tucked away in West Bharathi Colony, where the roads can get a bit narrow when the big trucks come through to drop off raw materials or pick up finished bits. It is a loud place most days. You can hear the machines running from all the way down the block. Most of the guys working here have been with us for a long time. We handle a lot of different engineering tasks that come our way. Sometimes the floor gets messy with metal shavings and old oil, but that is just how it goes when you are actually making things. The weather in Coimbatore gets really hot in the afternoons, so we usually keep the big industrial fans blowing all day to keep the air moving. People around here know us as just another working shop in the industrial belt. We do not have a fancy office or a big reception area with chairs. If you come by to see us, you will probably find us out on the shop floor or sitting at the small wooden desk near the main entrance. It is nothing special to look at, just a practical place where work gets done. We just try to get through the pile of orders on the desk.
