Usha Engineering Works

We've been at No. 48 Race Course for a long while now. It's a busy spot, mostly loud with the sound of machines running throughout the day. People around here know us as the place to go when something metal needs fixing or if a part needs custom work. My father started this shop, and not much has changed since then, honestly. The floors are always a bit oily, and there's usually a pile of scrap in the corner waiting to be cleared out. We spend most of our mornings drinking tea and looking over drawings before the real work starts. It’s not a fancy office. There’s no AC, just a few big fans that mostly move the dust around. We deal with all sorts of engine parts and industrial tools. Sometimes a neighbor drops by just to chat while we’re welding something. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who have been doing this for years. You might have to wait a bit if we're busy with a big order, but we get it done. The address is easy to find if you’re familiar with the Race Course area. We don't really do much advertising because word of mouth keeps us busy enough. Most of our tools are old but they work better than the new plastic stuff you see nowadays. That’s just how it is here.
