Well-Tech Engineering Industry is in Nehru Nagar, over in the Ganapathy area of Coimbatore. We are at S.F. No. 531. If you walk around Maniakaram Palayam, you’ll probably hear the sound of our machines before you see the sign. We do engineering work, which mostly means we spend our days cutting, welding, and fixing metal parts. It’s a noisy place to work, and it’s almost always hot because of the machinery and the climate here. We don't have fancy furniture or a decorated lobby. We just have workbenches, tools, and a lot of raw materials waiting to be turned into something useful. The guys here have grease on their hands most of the time. We aren't the type to wear suits. We like to get stuck into the work and see something finished by the end of the shift. Sometimes a job is tricky and takes longer than we thought, which can be frustrating, but we don't quit until it's done right. We get a lot of local businesses coming to us when their machines break down or they need a specific part made. We just do the work as best as we can with the tools we have. It’s been our life for years now. We know our way around a lathe and a welding torch better than we know our way around a computer. It’s just solid, local engineering work for people who need it. We keep things simple and practical here.
