Our factory is located at No. 1 in the C.K.K. Industrial Complex. We are right on Dharapuram Road. It’s a large building, much bigger than where we started. If you come by, you’ll see the big gates and probably a few trucks parked outside waiting to load up. Inside, it’s mostly open space with a lot of machinery. We’ve been here for quite some time now. It’s not the quietest place to work, but that’s the nature of an industrial complex. We have a small office area near the entrance where we keep all the paperwork. It’s usually piled high with invoices and sketches. We don't really have a marketing team or anything like that. The name on the gate is enough for people to find us. Most of the staff have been with us for years. We eat lunch together in the break area at the back. The roof is corrugated metal, so it gets really loud when it rains. You can’t hear yourself think then. We just focus on the knitting and the production. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we do. We just make clothes and ship them out. Dharapuram Road is always busy, so there’s always something going on outside. We stay focused on our work inside the complex. It’s a long day, but we’re used to the routine by now.
