If you head down Kangayam Road in Tirupur you will find us at No. 11/3a Kangayam Nagar First Street. Tirupur is famous for clothes so there are shops everywhere you look. Tirupur T-Shirts is just one of those small spots near the first street area. We focus on t-shirts because that is what this city is known for. The shop is right near the corner and it can be a bit tricky to find if you aren't looking closely for the sign. We have piles of cotton shirts in almost every color you can think of. The walls are painted a plain white and we have some old shelves that hold the bulk of the items. It is usually quite busy on the road outside with bikes and lorries going past. We spend a lot of time counting the pieces and making sure the sizes are sorted out. Sometimes the neighbors come by just to chat for a few minutes. We don't have any polished sales pitch or anything like that. People just walk in, pick a t-shirt, and we bag it up for them. It is a very direct way of doing things. The heat in Tirupur can be tough but we are used to it by now. We just keep the doors open to catch whatever breeze comes down Kangayam Road. We stay here until late most nights.
