The Metal Magic

We are over on 13-24B Anna Street in Vellakinaru. The Metal Magic is basically a workshop and a small office space where we deal with metal pieces. The street is usually quiet, which is a good thing for us. We spend a lot of time checking the finish on the metal items and making sure they are packed securely so they don't get scratched up. The floor is concrete and there are always bits of metal or tools sitting on the workbenches. It’s not a place where you’d wear fancy clothes because you’re likely to get a bit of grease or dust on them. We have a small desk where the phone sits, and that’s where we handle the orders that come in. Sometimes the neighbors come by just to chat for a minute while we are working. We don't have a big sign out front, just the house number and the name. It’s a straightforward operation. We get the raw materials or the finished goods, check them over, and send them out. The weather here can get quite hot, so we usually start early in the morning to beat the heat. We’ve been in Vellakinaru for a few years and most people around here know what we do. We don’t really have a website or anything like that, we just rely on people knowing us and the work we do. It keeps us busy enough throughout the week. We enjoy the work.
