You can find Swiss Tech over at 157, D B Swamy Road. It’s right in the R S Puram area, which is always busy. We have a small space here where we handle all the technical work. It’s usually cluttered with tools and parts because there is always something being worked on. We aren't the type of place that spends money on fancy furniture or big signs. Most of our budget goes into the equipment we use for the jobs. People bring us their stuff when it stops working. Sometimes it’s a quick fix, other times we have to keep things for a few days to figure out what went wrong. The traffic on D B Swamy Road can be a real pain, especially in the afternoons, so parking is sometimes tricky for our customers. We’ve been at this spot for a while and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. There are more shops now than when we started. We just focus on the machines and the repairs. It is mostly quiet inside the shop, except for the sound of tools or someone testing a motor. We don't have a big sales team. It’s just us doing the actual work.
