Sundaram Engineering Works

We are located at 127 Sathy Road in the Ganapathy area. It's a straightforward engineering shop. We don't have any big signs or flashy lights out front. Most people find us because they know the street. We’ve got our tools and our benches, and that’s where we spend most of our time. Engineering is just what we do every day. We don’t use a lot of big words to describe it. We take the parts, we do the work, and we get them back to whoever needs them. The shop can get a bit oily and messy, but that’s just the nature of the job. We have a small team here. Some of us have been working together for years. We know each other's habits. We take our breaks together and talk about the news or the weather. Ganapathy is a busy part of town, so there’s always something to see out the window. We don't really do much in the way of advertising. Usually, people just hear about us from someone else. We just try to do a decent job so people don’t have to come back with complaints. It’s honest work. We aren't trying to change the world, just keeping the machines running for the folks who rely on them. It’s a quiet life if you don't count the sound of the grinders and the sound of traffic from Sathy Road.
