Sun Stone Garments

Sun Stone Garments is over at No. 19 on Marudhachalam Main Road in the Kumaranandhapuram area. We are a small garment setup where we spend most of our time cutting and sewing. It’s a family-run kind of thing for the most part. We have several sewing machines lined up and enough fabric to fill the whole place if we aren't careful. We make all sorts of clothes, nothing too complicated. Most of the people who work here live within walking distance, so it feels like a neighborhood spot. We don't have a big storefront with mannequins in the window. It’s more of a workshop where the real work happens. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when we have a big order due, with stacks of shirts or pants everywhere. We just work through it. We aren't trying to be a big brand name you see on TV. We just want to make decent clothes that people can actually wear. The lighting inside isn't the best, but we have lamps over the machines so we can see what we are doing. We've been on Marudhachalam Main Road for a while and we know the other shop owners around here. It’s a good community. We just keep our heads down, do the stitching, and get the orders out on time. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot to do, but we get it done.
