Sree Balaji Fabrication

We are over here at 8A Vilankurichi Road in Sivanandapuram. It is a busy spot in Saravanampatti and if you know the area, we are quite close to Gandhi Ma Nagar. Sree Balaji Fabrication is mostly just a bunch of us working with metal all day. It gets pretty loud with the cutting and the grinding noises. The shop isn't fancy or anything like that. We spend most of our time measuring iron rods or welding frames together for people in the neighborhood. Some days it is really hot under the roof but we keep at it anyway. People come by asking for gates or maybe some safety grills for their windows. We just take the measurements and start the work. Usually, there is a lot of scrap metal lying around the corners. We try to keep things organized but when there are three or four jobs happening at once, it gets messy. The road outside is always full of bikes and cars passing by. Sometimes we step out for a tea break at the stall nearby. We have been here for a bit now. Most folks find us because they live around Saravanampatti or they are just passing through to the main road. It is just basic work, really. We use the tools we have and try to finish things on time so people can take their stuff home. That is basically what happens here every day from morning until we close up in the evening.
