SIMACA INTERNATIONAL PRIVATE LIMITED

We are located at No 12, Thennavan Street. It’s in the Pongabriel Nagar area near Thiruneermalai Road. If you are heading towards Nagalkeni or Chromepet, you’ll find us. Simaca International is a small operation, really. We spend most of our time dealing with shipping and local logistics. The office isn't very big, so we have to be careful where we pile up the boxes. Chennai traffic makes the commute a bit of a headache for some of the guys, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to get the daily tasks done without too much trouble. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just sit and wait for the generator to kick in. The street outside is usually full of bikes and the occasional cow wandering through. It feels very much like a neighborhood business. We have a couple of computers that have seen better days. Most of our work is just talking to suppliers and checking the quality of what comes in. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking manifests. We don't have a flashy website or any of those corporate slogans. It’s just us in a brick building in Chromepet, trying to make sure the international side of things runs as smoothly as possible. We keep a ledger of everything, though sometimes our handwriting is hard to read. It's just a regular office life for us.
