Shivam Engineering Works

Shivam Engineering Works is tucked away near Senthil Feeds over at Muthandipalayam Pirivu. It is a bit of a drive out on Chettipalayam Road near Karadivavi Post. We like being out here because there is plenty of space for the heavy stuff we do. We mostly handle agricultural and industrial repairs. The air is a bit fresher out here than in the city, though it still smells like metal and welding smoke inside the shop. We are just local people working for other local people. Most of our customers are farmers or small factory owners from around the Karadivavi area. We don't have a big office or a fancy website. If you want to talk to us, you just come to the shop and find us. We might be covered in grease or busy with a lathe, but we’ll stop to listen. We’ve built up a lot of tools over the years to handle different types of jobs. It’s not always pretty work, but it’s necessary. We see a lot of the same faces coming back when something else breaks. We don't promise anything we can't do. If we can fix it, we will. If not, we’ll tell you straight. That is just how we run things here. It is a quiet life for the most part, just keeping the machines running and the work moving along steadily every day. It gets dusty in the summer, but we don't mind much.
