Shanthi Gears Limited has its roots here in Coimbatore. We are situated at 32A in the Krishnamanayakkar Layout, which is a fairly quiet part of town compared to the main industrial hubs. Making gears is a precise job, and we spend most of our time looking at blueprints or checking the machines. Tamil Nadu has always been a good place for this kind of work because of the skill level available here. Our address in 641 015 is where the daily operations happen. It’s not a corporate glass building or anything. It's more of a functional space where the actual work gets done without much fuss. We have staff who have been with us for a long time and they know exactly how the gears need to be finished. Sometimes things get busy and the workshop gets loud, but that is just how it is in this trade. We don't spend much time on fancy letters or big meetings. Usually, it's just about getting the order right and making sure the dimensions are what the customer asked for. Living and working in Coimbatore means we understand the local market well.
