L & S Garments

We are located at 4/35A in College Pudur, which is part of the Veerapandi Post area. It’s a bit away from the main city noise, which we actually like. Our workshop is a small place where we handle garment work. We have several sewing machines set up and they stay busy most of the day. It’s not a high-tech factory or anything like that. It’s just a group of us who know how to stitch and cut fabric. The space is usually filled with rolls of different materials waiting to be used. We spend a lot of time measuring and making sure things are cut properly. Sometimes we run out of a certain color of thread and have to wait for more to arrive. That’s just how it goes sometimes. The people living around here in College Pudur know us well. We’ve been here for a long time. The work is hard on the back sometimes, but we are used to it. We take our tea breaks together and then get back to the machines. We don't have a big marketing department or a shiny showroom. Our work is done right here in this room. It gets a bit dusty with all the lint from the clothes, so we clean up as much as we can. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living and we are happy with how things are going in our little corner of Veerapandi.
