Blue Bags

Our place, Blue Bags, is located at No. 118 in Nehru Nagar, right along Kalapatti Road. We are pretty close to the airport, so we see a lot of people passing through the area. We focus on making and selling bags of all kinds. It’s a straightforward business. We have the materials, we have the machines, and we spend our hours putting things together. Some days we are working on big orders for local companies, and other days we’re just chatting with someone who walked in looking for a sturdy backpack or a simple travel bag. The shop isn't anything special to look at from the outside, but we have what we need to get the job done. Being near the airport means things can get a little busy on the road, but we stay focused on the work inside. We don't really have a sales team or anything like that. It's just us. We know our fabrics and how to make a seam hold up under weight. If someone wants a specific color or size, we check the stock and see if we can make it happen. It’s a lot of manual labor and keeping track of inventory. We’ve been in Nehru Nagar for a while now and most of the neighbors know us by now. We just keep making bags and trying to stay ahead of the schedule we set for ourselves.
