Sbb Waterjet

We are over here at S.F. No.12 in Vetri Nagar, right in Saravanampatti. It is usually pretty loud because the waterjet is running most of the day. If you come by, you will see the mess that comes with cutting through thick metal and stone. It is not a fancy place, just a workshop where we get things done. We started this because we knew how to handle the machines and figured people around here needed things cut clean without a lot of heat. Some days the floor is covered in water and garnet sand, and we are just trying to keep everything moving. It gets hot in the afternoons, especially in the summer, but we keep the fans going. Most people know us as the guys who do not mind taking on a tricky job. We do not have a big front office or anything like that. You just walk into the shed and talk to whoever is not busy with a machine. Sometimes the power goes out, and we all just sit outside for a bit until it comes back. It is a simple way of working. We handle whatever comes through the door, whether it is a small part for a student project or a big stack of plates for a factory. It is a lot of measuring and double-checking so we do not waste material. That is basically us in a nutshell. We just keep our heads down and work.
