Sangavi Textiles Private Limited

We are based out of Villa 58 in Casagrand Verdant. It’s on the Thondamuthur Road in Vedapatty. It might seem like a quiet, residential place for a textile business like Sangavi Textiles, but we make it work for us. Most of our daily activity happens right here in the Perur area. We started this because we wanted to do something of our own. It’s not a giant factory with hundreds of employees. It’s just a practical, small-scale setup. We spend a lot of time on the phone and checking through the different rolls of fabric we have in stock. The area is actually quite nice, with lots of greenery around Vedapatty compared to the dusty city center. We don't have a big neon sign outside. Usually, our customers just know where to find us. Sometimes the new delivery guys get a bit confused because it’s a residential-style area, so we have to go out to the main road to guide them in. We handle all the textiles ourselves. It gets really busy during the festival seasons. My wife helps me with the accounts on the weekends when she has time. It’s a lot of work and we don't have any fancy job titles. We just do whatever needs to be done. Sometimes that means loading the van ourselves at five in the morning. We’ve been here for a couple of years and it’s been a big learning process for everyone involved. We just keep at it.
