Most of the time, the front door is propped open to let a breeze in while we work on the latest batch of clothes. Inside, it’s mostly just the sound of the machines and the occasional radio playing in the back to keep us going. We have a small team of local workers who have been with us for a while now. We handle the cutting, sewing, and packing right here in this one space. It gets a bit crowded when we have a lot of stock, but we manage to find a way through the piles. There isn't any corporate ladder here; we all just pitch in where it's needed most. Sometimes we stay late to finish a big order, but usually, we wrap up when the sun goes down. We don't use any fancy software or high-tech gadgets, just old-fashioned hard work and a few reliable machines that have served us well.
