Rock Fort Metal Cutting

Rock Fort Metal Cutting is situated at Sf No.111-C on Sathy Main Road in the Ganapathy area of Coimbatore. We are right across from the Raja Weigh Bridge, so it is an easy landmark for the truck drivers who bring us materials. Our main thing here is cutting through metal sheets and plates using our industrial machines. The shop is big and stays pretty noisy when the cutters are running, which is most of the day. You have to shout a bit to be heard over the sound of the equipment. We get all kinds of metal delivered, and we spend our time figuring out the best way to cut the pieces to the sizes people need. It is dusty work and we end up with black dust on our clothes by the end of the shift. The Sathy Main Road is always packed with traffic, so there is a constant hum of engines outside our gate. We have been in Ganapathy for a while and we know most of the other shop owners around here. We just focus on getting the cuts straight and making sure the orders are ready for pick up when the customers show up. It is not a glamorous job, but it is what we know how to do. We just keep our heads down and work through the pile of metal every day. Sometimes we have to work through the weekend to finish big orders.
