Remmy Textiles Private Limited is a bit further out from the main city, located in Kattampatti, which is part of the Kinathukadavu area. Our specific spot is Sf.No: 321/16A1B. It’s a bit quieter out here compared to the middle of Coimbatore, which we actually like. The air is a little clearer, though it still gets very hot during the afternoon. We have our mill set up here and a decent amount of space to move things around. Most of the people working with us come from the local villages nearby. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist at the front. If you come to see us, you’ll probably just find one of us walking around the machines or checking the stock in the back. It’s a hands-on kind of place. We deal with the usual stuff like power fluctuations and finding enough spare parts for the older equipment. We just take things as they come. There’s no big strategy or five-year plan hanging on the wall. We just look at what needs to be done today and we do it. The road to Kattampatti is okay, but it takes some time to get here from the city. We’ve been at this for a while now, and we’re quite settled into the rhythm of this place. It’s just a simple textile operation run by people who know the trade and don't care much for fancy talk or complicated business models.
