Raj Engg Works

Raj Engg Works is tucked away at 94, Ganesh Layout, on 8th Street in Ganapathy. If you know the area, it’s not too hard to find us, though it’s a bit of a maze back here. We’ve got a couple of machines and some workbenches where we handle whatever engineering tasks come our way. It gets pretty loud when the drills are going, so we usually have to shout to hear each other over the noise. We don't have any big signs or posters claiming we are the best at anything. We just do the work as it comes. Sometimes the shop gets a bit cluttered with scrap metal and old tools, but we know where everything is. It’s a small operation. Most of the guys here have been working with their hands since they were kids. We take a break in the afternoon for some tea and then get right back to it. Ganapathy is a busy place, and we fit right in with the other workshops around here. We don't spend money on fancy flyers. If someone needs something fabricated or fixed, they just walk in and ask. We tell them how long it’ll take and what it’ll cost, and that’s it. It’s a straightforward way to run a business and it works for us. We just want to finish the day’s tasks and go home to our families without any unnecessary stress.
