Our company, Radiyant Knit Fashions Private Limited, is situated at No. 62/2 in KNS Garden, which is over in SR Nagar South, Andipallayam. Despite the formal name, we are a pretty down-to-earth group. We operate out of a building that’s tucked away in the KNS Garden area. It’s mostly other small businesses around here, so it’s a bit of a hub for this kind of work. We focus on knitting, and our floor is usually covered in yarn and half-finished pieces. It’s a noisy place when all the machines are going at once, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We’ve been in this spot for a long time, and we’ve seen the area grow up around us. It’s not a fancy office with air conditioning everywhere; we rely mostly on the big windows and some sturdy fans to keep us cool. We don't have any big corporate mission or anything like that. We just show up, check the machines, and make sure the knitting is coming out right. Sometimes we have issues with the supply of thread or the weather makes things difficult, but we just push through it. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place. We don't spend time on fancy speeches or promotions. We just focus on the work in front of us and try to get home before it gets too dark. It’s a solid way to make a living and we stay busy.
