Preethi Engineering Enterprise

We are located at 85, Ganapathy, on Sanganoor Road. Preethi Engineering Enterprise is basically a workshop where we handle various mechanical jobs. It’s not a shiny factory. The floors have oil stains and there are metal shavings everywhere, no matter how much we sweep. We spend most of our time at the lathes or welding stations. It’s the kind of work that requires a lot of patience and a bit of muscle. The street outside can get quite crowded with traffic, especially during the morning rush. We’ve got a small crew of guys who have been doing this for years. We don’t have a big HR department or corporate meetings. We just talk over the sound of the machines and figure out what needs to be done next. Sometimes a job takes longer than we thought because a part doesn’t fit quite right, and we have to stay late to finish it. We don't mind the extra hours much. Being in the Ganapathy area is good because we're close to a lot of our suppliers. We buy our materials from the shops just a few blocks away. It’s a practical setup for us. We aren't interested in being fancy. We just like making things and fixing what’s broken. It's a loud, greasy, and honest way to make a living, and we’re quite alright with that. We just do the work and go home.
