We are based out of No.12/30 A in Luna Nagar, right on Thadagam Road. This part of the city always has something going on, and the traffic outside our door never really seems to stop. Our building isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space where we keep our machine tools and do our daily work. Inside, it smells like metal and machine oil, which is pretty much what you would expect from a tool shop. We spend a lot of time talking to local mechanics and small factory owners who need parts or help with their machines. It's a small crew here, and we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the phone to moving heavy crates around. Thadagam Road is a good spot for us because people can find us easily, even if the roadworks make it a bit of a challenge sometimes. We don't have a fancy showroom with bright lights. Most of our tools are just kept on heavy shelving in the back. People come to us because they know we are here and we’ve been here for a while. It’s a regular job for us, and we try to keep things honest and simple. If a machine isn't working right, we talk about how to fix it without using a bunch of jargon. It's just a local business trying to stay busy.
