We are over here at Performance Apparel Enterprises Private Limited, tucked away in Manapakkam. Specifically, you can find us at Plot No A & B, S.No.118 in the River View Colony. It's a quiet enough spot. We’ve been handling apparel stuff for a while now. Most days it’s just us keeping busy with the cutting and sewing. The sun gets pretty hot on the roof of the building in the afternoons, but we manage. People usually find us by looking for the landmarks near the river view area. Our address in Chennai 600125 is where all the work happens. It’s not a fancy office, just a workspace with a lot of fabric and threads lying around. We started out small and stayed here because it's convenient for the staff. Sometimes the traffic getting into Manapakkam is a bit much, but once you’re inside the colony, it’s alright. We focus on getting the shirts and pants done right without making a big fuss about it. The machines are usually running from early morning until the evening. My desk is near the back where it’s a bit cooler during the summer months. We don’t spend much time on the computer, mostly we are on our feet moving things. If you’re ever walking by the river side of the colony, you’re basically right near our door. It’s a plain place but it works for what we need to do. We don’t have a big sign or anything, just the work going on inside day after day. It keeps us busy.
