Jupiter Fashions

Jupiter Fashions is based at No. 42 P. K. D. Nagar 2nd Street in Peelamedu. It’s a relatively quiet street, which is nice for when we need to concentrate. Our building is a standard setup where we handle all our clothing work. We have a lot of sewing machines and big tables where we lay out the fabric for cutting. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when we have a lot of material delivered at once. We don't have any high-tech systems, just people who have been doing this for a long time. The floors are concrete and the walls have some scuffs from moving crates around, but that’s just how it is in a workshop. We spend most of our time making sure the seams are straight and the buttons are on tight. There isn’t a lobby or a receptionist here. If you come by, you just walk in and talk to whoever isn't currently at a machine. We have shelves filled with rolls of cloth that we’ve collected over the years. Sometimes we have to dig through them to find exactly what we need. It’s a practical way to run a business and it works for us. Peelamedu is a good place to be located because everything we need is nearby. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We just make clothes and try to stay on schedule.
