Parthasarathy Industries

Parthasarathy Industries is located at No. 4-B on 4th Street in Nanjappa Nagar, just off Trichy Road. It is a small street and we are tucked away behind some other shops. We have been here for a long time and the building shows it. The walls are made of brick and the roof is simple asbestos sheets. It gets quite warm inside when the machines are running. We have a few lathes and some drilling machines that we use every day. There is usually a pile of scrap metal near the side door that the scrap dealer picks up once a week. We don't have a big team. It is just a handful of us who know how to work the gear. We start early in the morning with a quick sweep of the floor and a prayer. The grease on our hands is part of the job. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing person. Most people just walk in from the street or call us on the landline. We have an old bench outside where we sit during breaks to watch the street. Trichy Road is always busy but our little street stays fairly quiet. We just focus on making the parts correctly and keeping our regular customers happy. It is a steady life and we don't need much more than that.
