We've been at the Kamatchi Ginning Factory Compound for a while now. It’s a busy spot on Palladam Road, right in Veerapandi. Working here means dealing with a lot of fabric and sewing every day. We don't have a fancy office or anything like that. It's just a workspace where we get things done. Sometimes the trucks coming in and out of the compound make a lot of noise, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. Most of us have lived nearby for years, so the commute isn't too bad. We handle different kinds of clothing orders, mostly stuff people wear every day. The factory floor is always full of stacks of material. We try to stay organized, but when things get busy, there are threads everywhere. It’s honest work. We aren't trying to change the world; we just want to make sure the clothes are put together right before they go out. If you walk down Palladam Road, you’ll see our sign near the entrance of the 4/52 lot. It’s easy to miss if you aren’t looking for it. The weather gets pretty hot in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going all day. Usually, we're just focused on hitting our numbers and getting home to our families. It’s a simple setup we’ve got here at Paras Apparels. Nothing more, nothing less. Just people working with their hands in a familiar place.
