We are over in Peelamedu, which is a busy part of town if you know Coimbatore at all. It’s mostly workshops and small industries around here, so we fit right in. Our building isn't anything special to look at from the outside, just a standard place where we handle our daily operations. We deal with a lot of technical stuff, mostly bonds and sealants, so there is always a bit of a chemical smell in the air. It’s not a bad smell, just the smell of work. Most of our day is spent at the benches or checking the inventory in the back. The phones ring quite a bit, and there’s usually a lot of back-and-forth about technical specs. We don’t really have a marketing team or anyone to make us look fancy. It’s just us in our work shirts, making sure the orders are correct. The traffic on the main road can be a real pain during shift changes, but that’s Peelamedu for you. We’ve been here long enough to know the local tea stall owner and the guys at the logistics office down the street. It’s a very hands-on environment. Things break, we fix them, and we move on to the next task. We don’t spend time on big speeches or long meetings. We just get the work done and go home at the end of the shift. It is a simple way to make a living.
