Metal Cutting Industries

We run a shop called Metal Cutting Industries, and we are located at No 63 on Athipalayam Road. This is in the Ganapathy area of Coimbatore, right across the road from the Cri Pumps in Chinnavedampatty. This part of the city has a lot of industrial workshops, so we fit right in with the rest of the businesses around here. Our shop is where we handle various types of metal cutting work. It is a noisy environment most of the time because the machines are heavy and they make a lot of sound when they are biting into the steel. We have a few different setups depending on how thick the metal is or what shape the customer is looking for. The floor is usually covered in metal scraps, and we spend a good part of the evening cleaning everything up so we can start again the next day. We don't have any polished office space or a big team of sales people. It’s just us doing the actual work on the floor. The heat can be a bit much in the middle of the day, especially when all the equipment is running, so we keep the doors open to get whatever breeze comes through. People usually come to us because they have a specific project and they need the metal cut to a certain size. We just take the measurements, do the work, and hand it over when it’s finished.
